2ND JIB SKILLS SHOWCASE

Joji Ilagan-Bian Career Center Foundation, Inc. (JIBCCFI), the leader in creating training programs leading to successful career is proud to announce the celebration of its Second Annual JIB Skills Showcase on 12 December 2008 at the Entertainment Plaza, SM City Davao.

The whole-day event will showcase all the bests of the JIB schools; JIB College of Business and Tourism, JIB e-Academy & Solutions, JIB Welding Academy and Tumble Tots Philippines. This is to show our warmest appreciation to the parents, students and everyone for their undying support to our institution.

The event’s theme is “JIB Global Pinoy: The Best of its Class”. JIB schools hold to its commitment to provide a education to everyone gaining world-class excellence and competency.

It will be highlighted by a Culinary Arts Festival by our JIB-TAFE student chefs. They will be presenting new and creative methods of food preparation and presentation. As you all know we boast our state-of-the-art and latest technology for Culinary Arts, this in partnership with Technical and Further Education – Australia.

Other activities such as, Mixology Show, Floral and Centerpiece Settings, Stewards’ Showdown are only a few of the thing to watch out for. Giving you a glimpse of what JIB education is all about.

During the event, we would also present to you the humble beginnings of our institution to what it is now and what to expect in the future. In between, we would be showing you the corporate social responsibility initiatives of our institution. We owe everything to the public, it is only proper that we return the favor because in JIB everybody is family.

Witness another endeavor as JIB embarks to a new partnership, this time, with the American Hospitality Academy and Eastwest Placement Center.

AHA is one of the world’s most well-known and respected providers of structured training and exchange program opportunities with premier American hospitality industry partners. More than 1000 students from 100 academic institutions in the United States and foreign countries participate annually in the Academy’s cultural exchange and training programs. The AHA is designated by the United States Department of State as a sponsor of an Exchange Visitor Program. JIB-AHA strives to create well-rounded hospitality leaders of the global future.
