The Student Chefs taking up the Certificate 111 Chef and Culinary Mgt are shown with their training director, British Chef Mr. Peter Buckby, who holds also a City Guilds credentials from United Kingdom. These are the first batch of the 60 Dabawenyo Students taking up the Australian Qualification offered by TAFE New South Wales Southwestern Sydney Institute in Australia in consortium with the Joji Ilagan College of Business and Tourism. Graduates of this one year certificate course will be receiving international certification which will make migration and work possible if they so decide to go to Australia; or earn higher salary wherever they are employed all over the world. Australian Certification is internationally recognized world wide. Joji Ilagan School is the only tourism school in Mindanao with global affiliations.
